Mike Deising is an Associate Broker with Deising Real Estate, powered by Epique Realty in Marysville, Michigan. With a career in real estate spanning more than two decades, Mike began in 2001 and went on to become a Broker/Owner in 2008. Throughout his career, he has established himself as a consistent top producer, known for his market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to his clients. In 2024, Mike made the strategic decision to align his brokerage with Epique Realty, an innovative move that has proven highly beneficial for both his business and the clients he serves.

Since 2013, he has been named by Hour Detroit Magazine among the top 5% of real estate professionals in the Metro Detroit area, while also consistently ranking among the top agents in St. Clair County for sales—achievements that reflect both his dedication and results-driven approach.
Prior to his real estate career, Mike spent 13 years with Coca-Cola Enterprises as a route driver and salesman. During that time, he developed a foundational philosophy that continues to guide his business today: “The Customer is Why.” This principle underscores his belief that clients are the core of his success and deserve the highest level of service, respect, and attention in every transaction.
A lifelong resident of Marysville and a graduate of Marysville High School (Class of 1990), Mike maintains deep roots within the community he serves. He has been married to his wife, Pam, a Registered Nurse at Lake Huron Medical Center, since 2001. Together, they have a son, Alex, a software engineer, who resides in Lake Orion with his wife, Cheyanne.
Mike is also deeply committed to community involvement and service. He proudly served 27 years as a Paid-On-Call Firefighter with the Marysville Fire Department. His leadership and dedication extend to numerous organizations, including the St. Clair County Firefighters Association, where he served in multiple roles up to President, and the Eastern Thumb Association of REALTORS®, where he spent nearly a decade as a Director and served as President in 2015. He is also an active member of St. Christopher’s Catholic Church, the Sons of the American Legion Post 449, the Fraternal Order of Eagles 3702, Port Huron Moose Lodge No. 158, Port Huron Moose Legion No. 105, and the Marysville Business Council.
